Make sure your emails don't get lost

With today's world of SPAM it is easy to lose your important emails in amongst the barrage of unwanted ones.

Here is how you make sure you don't miss one piece of great training from me - scroll below to find your email software and follow the instructions to "whitelist" your email.

AOL.COM

To adjust your AOL Spam and email filter settings, please follow the steps below.
Sign in to your AOL mail account.
Click the ‘Settings' tab.
Click ‘Spam Controls' from the left menu.
Choose ‘Off' if you would like all email delivered to your inbox. Choose ‘Low' if you would like email identified as Spam to be delivered to your Spam Folder. If you choose ‘Low' and you are not receiving emails from the system, check your Spam folder.
Click the ‘Control from Whom I get Email' button under ‘Additional Spam Filters'.
Select ‘Allow mail from all senders'.
Click ‘Save'

Comcast.net

If you are currently restricting email or need to check to determine if your preferences are set to restrict incoming email:
Sign in to Comcast Webmail, and select ‘Preferences' from the left menu
Select ‘Restrict Incoming Email' from the ‘Preferences' list
Select ‘Yes' to Enable Email Controls (If you do not want to restrict any email addresses click ‘No')
Select ‘Allow email from addresses listed below'
Enter ‘onlinewithmichelle@gmail.com'
Click ‘Add'

Cox.net

The default Spam filter setting for your Cox email is set to send suspected Spam to your SPAM Folder. To change this setting, follow the steps below.

Login to your Cox Webmail account
Click the ‘Settings' button on the top menu bar
Click ‘Spam Blocker Settings'
Click ‘Tag Junk Email with -SPAM- in the subject line and deliver to your inbox'
Click ‘OK'

Gmail.com

To ensure that your system emails are delivered to your Gmail inbox, please follow the steps below.
Sign into your Gmail account.
Click ‘Contacts' from the left menu.
Click the ‘New Contact' link from the left menu.
Enter a name for your Contact
Enter ‘onlinewithmichelle@gmail.com' in the ‘Email' box.
Click ‘Save'.
Gmail always delivers messages from your contacts.

Hotmail.com

Login to your Hotmail email account
Click ‘Options' on the far right
Click on ‘Safe and Blocked Senders' under the Junk E-mail heading
Click on ‘Safe Senders'
Enter the ‘onlinewithmichelle@gmail.com' and click ‘Add'

Msn.com

Login to your Hotmail email account
Click ‘Options' on the far right
Click on ‘Safe and Blocked Senders' under the Junk E-mail heading
Click on ‘Safe Senders'
Enter the ‘onlinewithmichelle@gmail.com' and click ‘Add'

Outlook

Open a message from the desired sender.
Go to the Actions option in the top tool bar.
Select Junk E-mail from the drop down menu.
Select the Add Sender to Safe Senders List option.

Yahoo.com

You can set Yahoo to recognize email from ‘onlinewithmichelle@gmail.com' and move it to your Inbox. To do this, follow the steps below.
Sign into your Yahoo email account.
Mouse over the Settings icon in the upper, far right area next to your Yahoo username.
Choose ‘Settings'.
Click on ‘Filters' in the left column.
Click ‘Add'
For ‘Filter Name', choose whatever you would like to call the filter. We recommend the system name for ease of recognition.
Make sure ‘contains' is selected in the ‘sender' drop-down menu
Under ‘Sender', choose ‘Contains' from the drop-down menu and enter ‘onlinewithmichelle@gmail.com' in the space provided
Select ‘Inbox' from the drop-down next to ‘Then deliver the email to the following folder'.
Click the ‘Save' button.
